We realize that a micron is smaller-than-small. Does your caliper "make" holes? We have solved many application problems where the "big" suppliers have failed.

Frame Certification:
XYZ Frame Alignment Diagnostics Tool, we can visualise your scanner alignment. Specially important for caliper applications, we realize that 1mm misalignment means 1000 micron!!

Frame & sensor testing sheet supports:
During a machine stop or system startup it is often a must to test the sensor performance. Our sheetclamp will allow you testing with a "real" sheet. Move offsheet, standardize etc. Specially interesting for coater machines with multiple scanners. Test the coatweight calculation with your own papers.

Profile Control Optimisation:
Profile control can be very difficult, many machine parameters can affect the final sheet. MCS engineering has many years of experience in making CD control do what customers need. We can assist you to make the most of this control.

We provide training programs for frame & sensor operating and maintenance, CD control setup and optimisation.
